A settlement has been approved to end a class action lawsuit brought against Central Payment Co., LLC (“CPAY”). The lawsuit, referred to as Custom Hair Designs by Sandy, LLC, et al. v. Central Payment Co., LLC, Case No. 8:17-cv-00310-JFB-CPZ (D. The amount of your cash payment will be based on an Allocation Method, which is attached as Exhibit 1 to the Settlement Agreement.
Class Members who are Former Customers of CPAY and who filed a valid and timely claim are eligible to receive a cash payment.
